Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company’s coding and marking machines (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, etc.).
- Identify and target key industry sectors with customized campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies.
- Generate quality leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and online channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain a robust client database and pipeline.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product demos, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Create and distribute marketing materials including brochures, case studies, videos, and online content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the company’s digital presence including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) to attract industrial buyers and distributors.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities, KPIs, and ROI metrics for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or industrial product marketing; experience in the coding and marking sector is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment marketing and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently, travel to client sites, and meet deadlines.
