Job Summary:

• As a Customer Service Representative, you\’ll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service
• Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events
• Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (minimum 2 Years)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience

Desirable:

• Hospitality certification or training
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety protocols
