Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you\’ll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback
- Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service
- Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events
- Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 2 Years)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain patience
Desirable:
- Hospitality certification or training
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety protocols
