Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Create and implement online marketing strategies, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Manage social media presence: Create engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor analytics to optimize social media performance.
• Analyze and report on performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with virtual team: Communicate effectively with team members, participate in virtual meetings, and contribute to team projects.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience: Proven track record of success in digital marketing, including experience with social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Experience in putting up apartments on booking.com, airbnb etc and can also do some basic graphic design.
• Digital marketing certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions.
• Preferabbly someone that has experience in the real estate space.
