Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR and Operations Intern.
• The role is located in Lagos, Nigeria with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The HR and Operations Intern will assist in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
• Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative functions, coordinating recruitment processes, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.

• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
