Client Service / Project Manager

Job Description

  • Proposals and activation mechanics development, including field implementation.
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare event and activation and other event-related proposals and budget.
  • Execute activation and other related projects.
  • Retention of clients and revenue maximization.
  • Vendor management – activation buses, props etc
  • Recruitment of competent teams for BTL activation and events – brand ambassadors, Ushers, Compere etc.
  • Participates in strategy discussions in setting a bulls-eye target for clients and agency.
  • Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.
  • Provide timely follow-up on all relevant inquiries.
  • Manage both existing and new accounts with the same professionalism.
  • Understanding clients’ requirements and strategizing on how to meet clients’ needs.
  • Discuss alternative marketing, promotion, and communication strategies with the client.
  • Ensure agency profitability.
  • Training of BA’s and communicating the brands’ personality efficiently.
  • Liaise with all internal departments, approved vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth flow of all assigned projects.

KPI

  • Ensure flawless BTL activations and events.
  • Ensure the activation budget is accurate ensuring agency profitability.
  • Must actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure the agency exceeds client’s expectations on all projects.
  • Ensure reports get to a client on time with zero error tolerance.
  • Ensure all activations go smoothly and successfully.
  • Ensure work is done within budget.
  • Ensure safety of all field staff during activation.
  • Ensure BAs are properly briefed and represent the brand effectively.
  • Understand clients’ objectives and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Working in partnership with the ATL, BTL, and Digital team, developing creative direction and experiential engagement ideas to meet clients’ objectives.

Requirements / Experience

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in client service or account management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Networking skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to do market research.
