Loan Manager (Call and Chat)
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Loan Application: Manage and process loan applications efficiently.
- Repayment Monitoring: Send timely reminders and acknowledgments; follow up on outstanding repayments via call and chat to ensure prompt remittance.
- Document Handling: Forward necessary documents to relevant units and follow up on client requests.
- Client Support: Provide loan documents, schedules, affidavits, and other required information.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; address concerns to support business growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, accurate, and easily retrievable client records.
REQUIREMENTS

- Attention to Detail & Good Memory
- Excellent Organizational Skills
