Loan Manager (Call and Chat)

  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Loan Application: Manage and process loan applications efficiently.
  • Repayment Monitoring: Send timely reminders and acknowledgments; follow up on outstanding repayments via call and chat to ensure prompt remittance.
  • Document Handling: Forward necessary documents to relevant units and follow up on client requests.
  • Client Support: Provide loan documents, schedules, affidavits, and other required information.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships; address concerns to support business growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized, accurate, and easily retrievable client records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Communication

  • Strong Editorial Skills
  • Attention to Detail & Good Memory
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Fast & Accurate Typing Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Human Psychology will be an added advantage
