Project Manager/ Site Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Site Administrator to join our growing team and oversee the planning, execution, and administrative coordination of projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Duties:
- Oversee and manage all phases of project execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project work is carried out in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Site Administration Duties:
- Maintain site documentation, including work schedules, attendance, inventory records, permits, and inspection reports.
- Serve as the liaison between the site and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
- Manage site logistics, procurement of materials, and resource allocation.
- Supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or site administration role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of local construction laws, health & safety practices, and compliance requirements.
