Job Description
- As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative who can connect with clients in both French and English, drive revenue, and strengthen our customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
- Build long-term client relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 3 – 5 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and French(written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
