Enterprise Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the (enterprise) sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
- Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
- Generate and keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Qualifications
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong desire and business acumen
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Previous account management experience
- Previous experience within the Software & Cloud services industry
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
