About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fiber QA/QC officer to join our team.
• This role is critical in ensuring the quality and accuracy of fiber optic network deployments by reviewing Low-Level Designs (LLD), conducting quality assessments, and managing project documentation.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber optic network quality control, design review, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance (QA/QC) inspections to ensure compliance with industry and project standards.
• Review Low-Level Designs (LLD) and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and escalate snags (deficiencies) before and after resolution.
• Manage project documentation, including preliminary assessments and final acceptance records.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and escalate issues requiring resolution.
• Review Implementation Vendor’s quality control documents to facilitate acceptance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fiber optic QA/QC, design review, and network deployment.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic testing, quality control, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, reports, and escalation processes.
• Strong communication skills.
