Job Description

  • We are seeking a passionate and motivated Volunteer HR Officer to support our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and posting job adverts across various platforms
  • Screen and review candidate applications

Method of Application

Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and attend to minor health complaints in the pharmacy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about over-the-counter (OTC) medications and health products.
  • Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and blood sugar levels for walk-in customers.
  • Offer basic health advice and refer customers to the pharmacist for further consultation.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided (e.g., blood pressure checks, first aid).

Requirements

  • Certification as an Auxiliary Nurse or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate and professional care to customers.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and sales support.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
