Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and attend to minor health complaints in the pharmacy.
- Assist customers with inquiries about over-the-counter (OTC) medications and health products.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and blood sugar levels for walk-in customers.
- Offer basic health advice and refer customers to the pharmacist for further consultation.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided (e.g., blood pressure checks, first aid).
Requirements
- Certification as an Auxiliary Nurse or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and professional care to customers.
