About the job
- Design and implement the enterprise sales playbook for our product offerings.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise leads (e.g., fleet operators, logistics providers, aggregators).
- Develop strategic go-to-market plans and pricing models tailored to customer segments.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and lead C-level outreach.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to support enterprise deals.
- Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and RFQs/RFPs.
- Use data to optimize sales conversion funnels and forecast revenue.
- Report directly to the Head of Growth and Marketing with monthly and quarterly sales projections.
Success Metrics
- Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from enterprise accounts
- Number of new enterprise deals closed per quarter
- Enterprise client retention/renewal rate
- Average sales cycle duration
- Sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to closed-won ratio
- Revenue from upsells and cross-sells
