About the job

  • Design and implement the enterprise sales playbook for our product offerings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise leads (e.g., fleet operators, logistics providers, aggregators).
  • Develop strategic go-to-market plans and pricing models tailored to customer segments.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and lead C-level outreach.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to support enterprise deals.
  • Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and RFQs/RFPs.
  • Use data to optimize sales conversion funnels and forecast revenue.
  • Report directly to the Head of Growth and Marketing with monthly and quarterly sales projections.

Success Metrics

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from enterprise accounts
  • Number of new enterprise deals closed per quarter
  • Enterprise client retention/renewal rate
  • Average sales cycle duration
  • Sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to closed-won ratio
  • Revenue from upsells and cross-sells
