Job Summary:
- We are hiring a proactive Recruitment Advisor / Coordinator to support the organization’s staffing goals by managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing skills, healthcare recruitment knowledge, and an understanding of the urgency and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment across all departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with HR Managers and hiring leads to understand talent needs and design job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare recruitment networks.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various healthcare and administrative positions.
- Manage offer letters, reference checks, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles (nurses, lab scientists, consultants, admin staff).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reporting through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and career fairs.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and regulatory requirements related to healthcare hiring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Recruitment or Talent Management is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, or HMO environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare job roles, clinical staffing needs, and credential verification.
Key Competencies:

- Proficiency in using modern educational technology and digital teaching tools.
