Job Summary

  • The Head, Sales and Operations will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic business initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.
  • This role requires a strong commercial mindset to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across all subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the sales and operational activities across all business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders to support business expansion e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Social Sciences or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales and factory operations, particularly in commodity sales or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic outlook.
