Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Participate in identifying and designing initiatives to achieve departmental plans
  • Assist in recruitment, performance management, and reward processes
  • Implement and coordinate performance management process
  • Maintain applicant database and track recruitment process
  • Handle personal file opening and updates for junior and middle-level staff
  • Process leave status and allowances
  • Support staff training and development
  • Track staff attendance and absenteeism
  • Coordinate induction process for new staff
  • Liaise with HOD-HR on staff HMO needs
  • Assist in processing statutory remittances
  • Track staff awaiting employment confirmation
  • Supervise document vetting/verification role
  • Support internal and external HR-related inquiries
  • Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests and complaints
  • Assist in payroll preparation

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 6 years of work experience
  • Proven experience as HR Coordinator or relevant role
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft soft packages
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
