Responsibilities
- Participate in identifying and designing initiatives to achieve departmental plans
- Assist in recruitment, performance management, and reward processes
- Implement and coordinate performance management process
- Maintain applicant database and track recruitment process
- Handle personal file opening and updates for junior and middle-level staff
- Process leave status and allowances
- Support staff training and development
- Track staff attendance and absenteeism
- Coordinate induction process for new staff
- Liaise with HOD-HR on staff HMO needs
- Assist in processing statutory remittances
- Track staff awaiting employment confirmation
- Supervise document vetting/verification role
- Support internal and external HR-related inquiries
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests and complaints
- Assist in payroll preparation
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 6 years of work experience
- Proven experience as HR Coordinator or relevant role
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft soft packages
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
