Softhills is seeking a Creative Director to lead the full creative direction and social/content marketing strategy across our growing portfolio of e-commerce brands. 
You’ll oversee all social media and content operations while working closely with a Performance Marketing team who handles paid ads, analytics, and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the creative and brand vision for our brands
• Lead the social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Manage the content calendar including reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and more
• Oversee the creation of marketing creatives for web, email, social media, influencer collaborations, and product pages
• Direct photoshoots, product videos, and short-form video content
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to produce and optimize high-converting ad creatives
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels
• Manage and mentor a creative team including designers, content creators, video editors, and social media managers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a creative leadership role (preferably in e-commerce, advertising, or consumer brands)
  Deep experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, and social media strategy
• Strong visual skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
• Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for brand building
• Strong understanding of how creative content supports conversions and growth
