ABOUT THE JOB

  • To lead the design and continuous improvement of manufacturing capability development across plants, ensuring the Supply Chain Academy delivers technically proficient personnel across board. This role is central to embedding world-class manufacturing practices, fostering operational excellence, and enabling sustainable talent pipelines through structured programs.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, including senior leadership roles with strong exposure to technical capability development.
  • Experience in plant manufacturing operations, capex projects & implementation, installation of new plant equipment and extension of the current plants.
  • Demonstrated knowledge & experience managing end-to-end plant operations, including equipment installation, maintenance systems, and capital project execution.
  • Proven record in implementing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives in a structured manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of modern manufacturing methodologies and maintenance best practices. Very good understanding of QHSE modalities, codes and processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and other manufacturing systems.
  • Advanced facilitation, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Effective analytical thinking with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance-based decisions.
  • Exceptional inter-personal and stakeholder management skills – able to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and people management.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, and digital learning tools.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimization of technical learning programs within the Supply Chain Academy to ensure consistent production of highly skilled, job-ready technicians and operators.
  • Establish and harmonize ways of working across the Academy and broader manufacturing teams in alignment with Coca-Cola HBC’s manufacturing capability framework and global best practices.
  • Serve as a go-to expert in manufacturing capability development, supporting plants with guidance on learning delivery, content quality, and deployment effectiveness.
  • Champion the implementation and full utilization of SAP and other maintenance systems. Lead the rollout of technical standards, performance routines, and preventive maintenance structures.
  • Monitor development plans and execution through audits and performance tracking. Identify gaps and lead corrective and improvement actions to enhance long-term sustainability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in technical training methodologies, curriculum innovation, and learning delivery – ensuring alignment with plant performance needs and strategic capability gaps.
  • Promote and coach GMP, GHK, and 5S workplace organization principles, ensuring technical staff uphold a disciplined, safe, and efficient operating environment.
