Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ experience in construction,
• Must be proficient in Microsoft project and other PM tools.
• Degree or PM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Managing timelines, coordinating site teams, tracking budgets. and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Identify project risk and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate site teams, sub contractors and suppliers
• Ensure quality control, health & safety compliance and timely reporting.
