Salary:N500,000-N600,000 Gross
KEY RSPONSIBILITIES:
The Planning Engineer (Building) will be responsible to:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project. (Proven experience with Microsoft Project, including advanced functionality)
- Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create baseline schedules and monitor progress against them.
- Build and document project steps, tasks, and sequences in a clear and efficient manner.
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Work with cost controllers to ensure that project costs remain within approved limits.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Any other assigned task(s)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- B.Eng./HND in Civil Building Engineering, Construction Management or any other related discipline.
- Professional certification in Engineering or relevant areas.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in construction or project planning minimum 6 – 10years experience in a reputable organization.

A client in the home fragrance brand offering diffuser sets, refills, odor removal sprays, and body sprays is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead B2B sales and business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding distribution through new partnerships, distributorships and enhancing customer engagement in the home fragrance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
- Drive foot traffic through activations, events, and promotions
- Build and manage relationships with customers and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms
- Organize in-store and promotional events
- Expand partnerships with retail and lifestyle stakeholders
- Train and collaborate with internal teams
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- BSC/HND in marketing, business administration and related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (Retail/FMCG)
- Knowledge of home fragrance or personal care is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
