Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Marketer / International Student Recruiter to provide guidance on study abroad opportunities and drive student recruitment through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in marketing, generating and converting leads, knowledgeable about the international admissions process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to promote education services. This role also requires meeting set student enrollment targets within specified timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students for international study programs.
  • Meet and exceed student monthly enrollment targets given.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Provide  counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes.
  • Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and document submissions.
  • Guide students through visa application procedures and financial requirements.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
  • Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Follow up with students and provide ongoing support until they are successfully enrolled.
  • Creating of engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Marketing, student recruiting, education consultancy, and study abroad services is mandatory
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed set monthly targets.
  • Ability to transfer applicants into successful enrolments.
  • Strong knowledge of study abroad programs and application processes, particularly in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, and Europe.
  • Knowledge of international university admission processes and visa regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
