The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concrete waterproofing business, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role combines strategic planning, leadership, and technical expertise to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure project success. The General Manager plays a key role in driving the company’s vision and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure the business stays competitive and innovative.

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including project managers, sales professionals, and technicians.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship.

Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Provide expertise on concrete waterproofing products, systems, and techniques.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations, budgets, and teams in a construction or industrial environment.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of concrete waterproofing products, methods, and industry standards.
• Understanding of construction project management and engineering principles.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
