Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems (pipes, drainage, fixtures, water supply, etc.)
• Conduct basic electrical maintenance such as replacing fuses, fixing wiring, and assisting with equipment checks
• Monitor and report any facility issues requiring attention
• Ensure water and electrical systems are functioning efficiently and safely
• Assist with general facility upkeep, repairs, and inspections
• Collaborate with external technicians or contractors when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber or facility maintenance officer
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
• Vocational training and certification as a plumbing or electrical technician will be an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Trade certification or relevant technical training is a plus
