Job Description
- Are you a results-driven sales professional with proven experience turning leads into loyal customers in the IT solutions space? We are expanding our team and seeking passionate Sales Leads to join our growing business, focusing on the sale of SHARP multifunction office equipmentand IT hardware solutions.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience working with or selling products from *Xerox XHS, MFI Nigeria, Tenaui, Prompt Office Solution, or similar IT/OA solution providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive strategic sales initiatives for SHARP IT and office hardware solutions
- Develop high-level B2B sales strategies to penetrate key sectors
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales executives, driving performance and closing high-value deals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, OEM partners, and resellers
- Identify and secure large-scale enterprise and institutional clients
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic reporting to leadership
Requirements
- 8–10 years of core sales experience in IT hardware/office automation
- Strong portfolio of converting leads into repeat customers
- Experience working with brands like Xerox XHS, MFI Nigeria, or Tenaui
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and familiar with B2B solution sales
