We are seeking experienced and result-driven Business Development Marketers to join our client’s real estate team based in VGC, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and meet assigned revenue targets within specified timeframes
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
• Execute marketing strategies that attract and convert high-value clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate sector
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in business development or marketing roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly
