Role Objectives
- We are looking for a proactive and well-composed individual to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the efficient performance of cleaningoperations, including environmental cleaningand gardening.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of cleaners and gardeners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to by all personnel.
- Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding operations, issues, and team performance.
- Coordinate staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Build positive working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times and promote the same within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience facility management or hospitality industry.
Skiils:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent reporting and communication abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented approach to supervision.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Presentable with a positive personality and strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to motivate a team and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Preferably female, as part of maintaining a diverse and balanced supervisory team.
