Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Subject Teacher to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and inspiring students in a specific subject area, promoting academic excellence, and contributing to the overall development of our students.
Key Responsibilities

Method of Application
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver exciting and culturally rich lessons in Cultural and Creative Arts (CCA) and Visual Art for students in [Specify Grade Levels, e.g., JSS1–SS3].
- Introduce students to a broad range of creative disciplines including drawing, painting, design, traditional crafts, music appreciation, drama, and cultural expressions.
- Develop students’ practical and theoretical understanding of Nigerian and global arts and culture.Prepare students for internal assessments and relevant external examinations (e.g., BECE, WAEC Visual Arts).
- Promote student participation in creative clubs, cultural days, school plays, exhibitions, and performances.
- Maintain an engaging and resourceful learning environment that supports student expression and experimentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate creative elements into cross-curricular learning projects
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Creative Arts Education, or a related discipline.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE, TRCN certification).
- At least 2–3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school environment.
- Demonstrated skills in both practical and theoretical aspects of arts and culture.
- Proficiency in various media—visual art, crafts, basic performance art (music/drama), and cultural heritage topics.
- Ability to use technology and multimedia tools in art instruction is anadvantage.
