Inventory Control:
- Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and implementing procedures to prevent stockouts.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
Procurement and Ordering:
- Working with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Warehouse Management:
- Overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and implement improvements to the inventory management process.
Reporting:
