Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
  • Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Book and manage complex travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders when necessary
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • A qualification as a PA is advantageous.
