Administrative Officer
Job Summary

We are looking for detailed oriented individual to support management and staff by coordinating office operations, maintaining records, overseeing clerical duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems (digital and paper)
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining personnel records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory and procurement
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications as requested by management
- Maintain and update administrative databases and contact lists
- Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, health and safety protocols, and quality standards
- Support finance by processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2 – 6 years proven experience in an administrative or office management role (media industry experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretions.
