- As a Sales Delegate, your role will involve promoting diagnostic services, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
- Promote diagnostic services to healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align efforts and improve service reach.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills
- HND / BSc in Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4years cognate experience in medical, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
