  • Assist in building beneficiaries’ capacity on livestock care and basic business management.
  • Provide orientation, safety training, and guidelines for CfA/FFA participants.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Assist in collecting and documenting data on participation, input usage, training attendance, and project results.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and gather beneficiary feedback.
  • Contribute to reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

Infrastructure Rehabilitation

  • Support the rehabilitation of community infrastructure, including feeder roads, water sources, sanitation facilities, and homestead gardens.
  • Facilitate coordination and active participation of community members in asset restoration activities.

Compliance and Accountability

  • Ensure all activities comply with DHCBI and donor regulations, particularly concerning PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards.
  • Support the operation of a functional complaint and feedback mechanism that addresses community concerns promptly and confidentially.
