- We’re seeking experienced Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, manage distributors, and ensure optimal product distribution nationwide.
- Proven FMCG sales experience and strong leadership skills required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory to ensure optimal distribution and availability of Chivita | Hollandia’s products across all relevant outlets.
- Develop and implement an effective coverage and contact strategy aimed at increasing market share in the designated area.
- Achieve agreed sales and performance targets/KPIs, including sell-in, sell-out, credit and cash management, product mix, and focus on new product development (NPD).
- Drive key sales enablers and initiatives to support overall sales objectives.
- Lead monthly business review sessions with key distributors to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any degree
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in distributor management and sales target achievement.
- Willingness to travel and work across different regions.

- We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager – On Premise to lead our sales teams, develop and execute sales plans, and drive growth in On-Premise retail environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and lead the regional sales team to deliver results on time and in full (OTIF).
- Ensure the achievement of all regional channel objectives, execution KPIs, and sales volume and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with regional RTM & capability managers and field sales teams to enhance distributor capability and enforce Chivita | Hollandia’s Distributor Business (DB) operating standards.
- Drive and monitor the consistent activation of EDGE standards across all On-Premise retail environments in the region.
- Lead the development of local tactical sales initiatives and guide the regional sales team to ensure flawless execution across retail touchpoints.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to build individual and team capability within the regional sales function.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ progressive experience in sales, with significant time spent in field sales management, consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong background in Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy and distributor operations management, with proven experience in trade execution and in-outlet activation.
- Demonstrated success in selling to and managing HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) customers.
- Experience in Trade/Customer Marketing or Brand Marketing is an added advantage.
