Job description: Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Process orders, record transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with the operations team to track garment processing and delivery timelines.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and handle service follow-ups.
Promote Swift Dry Cleaners’ services and special offers to customers.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Escalate complex service issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Reactivate all dormant and inactive accounts regularly.
Generate income for the branch through marketing.
RequirementsEducation: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the laundryindustry.
Technical & Soft Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekendsand public holidays, as needed.
