Job description: Job Description:Head of Marketing, NigeriaJob DescriptionPURPOSE OF ROLETo drive revenue growth by overseeing, managing, launching all marketing sales channels. Combine analytical and creative elements, and use specific data to devise a short- or long-term strategy to position the brand and build market share. Seek to deliver ideas and concepts that set the company apart from competitors, creating a strong position for market growth and recognition across various media channels.RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing & Sales· Develop brand story and positioning to be used across all marketing assets· Develop and manage campaigns to drive booking and revenue growth for channel· Build and pitch sales presentations, in conjunction, with supply & pricing team to get access to exclusive flight content/deals· Launch, manage and oversee channel strategy to meet business’ booking and revenue targets· Identity and launch new marketing/sales channels that can drive additional growth· Create and manage weekly and monthly performance reports of marketing channels; additionally provide optimisation strategies to ensure channels perform better and channels that aren’t are reviewed· Ensure quality assurance of all materials & assets that represent the brand that are deployed· Work with the People team to develop the company culture through marketing assets, events and more. Serving the goal to make the company one of the best places to work· Represent the company brand at supplier, partners, airlines, industry events and more· Drive the implementation and roll out of best practice eCRM methodology across both ZA and NG CRM teams.· Work with necessary stakeholders to drive the adoption and rollout of personalisation and automation strategies across both NG and ZA CRM markets.· Manage availability of any NG based marketing resources shared between ZA and NG according to the agreed time allocation per market.· Create a regular framework for knowledge sharing between CRM teams in ZA and NG with the objective of continuous improvement.· Oversee the technical training of any new CRM resource that is onboarded into the ZA team.· Bi-weekly meeting with CMO to go through channel analysis for the NG market for the previous period. This includes all channels that drive traffic in NG.· Periodic meetings with relevant hotels stakeholders regarding performance and growth of hotels in the NG market.Business Development· Identify opportunities for partnerships – Share DB/lead gen/bookings/revenue shares/ joint ventures· Negotiate terms of deal or partnership· Roll out creatives/campaigns /initiatives· Monitor and optimise performance of campaigns/ initiatives· Report on performance of partnershipsAdditional Focus· Manage direct and indirect reports to achieve performance goals.
