- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in project coordination for property development initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage office operations, including document filing and vendor coordination.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Administrative skills.
- Adequate business development knowledge.
- Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Form M.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Analytical skills.
- Adequate procurement knowledge.
- 8-10 years’ experience in Customer Service roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
