- Our client is a financial advisory company seeking an IT support personnel to help set up and maintain structure for all the team’s systems.
Job Overview
- The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing the organization’s technology platforms, including Zoho One, websites, and email systems.
- The role also involves creating and managing automations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.Â
- This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Desk, etc.) according to organizational needs.
- Manage and update the organization’s websites and landing pages, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance
- Design and implement automated workflows across various platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, email marketing, project management).
- Provide technical support to staff for issues related to digital platforms, websites, and email systems.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital operations, web management, and automation.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the organization’s digital platforms and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of data across digital platforms.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, digital operations/workflow, web management, etc (experience in Zoho is preferred)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Zoho One applications and their customization.
- Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in email system administration and security.
- Knowledge of automation tools and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
- Project management skills are an advantage.
