Job description: We seek an organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative direction, verifying potential clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our various offices and outlets. The Admin Manager will be communicating, reporting, and coordinating the general staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.Job Position: Admin ManagerJob Location: AbaKey Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment
  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and clients
  • Ensure prompt preparation of reports, presentations, and official documentation
  • Assist the Relationship Manager and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Verify client information, handle verification calls, and ensure potential clients meet initial qualification criteria
  • Monitor office expenses
  • Ensure adherence to office policies, including confidentiality and security measures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and office management procedures is a plus
  • Experience in handling verification calls and client screening is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to make clients feel welcome
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
