Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Front Desk / Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for members and guests at the fitness center.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, promoting services, and ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Member Engagement:Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
Provide accurate information about gym services, membership options, and policies.
Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Encourage member engagement by promoting classes, events, and wellness services.
Front Desk Operations:Handle daily check-in/check-out of members using the club management system.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
Schedule appointments or classes as needed.
Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records of member attendance and account information.
Generate basic reports as directed by the Club Manager.
RequirementsCandidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in related fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
