Job title: Surveillance Officer (CCTV Operations)

Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
- Support users of CCTV system by responding and resolving any issues
- Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
- Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
- Be familiar with windows operating system and basic networking
- Provide recommendations about security and support on the CCTV system
- Troubleshoot all CCTV system issues
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
- Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc., HND, OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering / Computer Science and ICT;
- Demonstrable practical experience in especially on CCTV SYSTEM like Hikvision, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, Networking
- Experience with software integration and customization is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and IP network design for surveillance systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience managing vendors and suppliers.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines;
- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level;
- Self-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision;
- Ability to operate in challenging and remote work locations;
- Ability to cope with pressure.
