Job Summary:

The Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and threats. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices, coupled with the ability to proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in security, humanities or a related field.  Â
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a security analyst role or a related information security position.  Â
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practicesÂ
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.  Â
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  Â
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.  Â
• Must possess numerous security intelligence and information resources.
• Unequalled report writing and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant security certifications such as CPP, PSP, CPO, SRMP, PCI, or equivalent.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and analysis.
• Knowledge of Nigerian data privacy regulations.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
