Job Summary
- Access, monitor, and manage credit risk associated with customers, ensuring that the company’s credit exposure is within acceptable limits while supporting business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers using financial statements, credit scores, and payment history
- Recommend and set appropriate credit limits for customers based on risk appetite and analysis
- Continuously monitor existing credit exposure and flag accounts for early warning signs of default
- Investigate overdue accounts and support collections by providing risk insights and risk mitigation recommendations
- Generate regular credit risk reports, such as aging reports, etc, for management review
- Maintain accurate credit records and explore automation tools for credit processes
- Analyze industry trends and market risk that could affect customer creditworthiness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA. CRM, ERM, PRM
- Experience using an ERP such as SAP for credit tracking and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management within the manufacturing or financial services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 18+ years of experience in production management.
- Knowledge of production standards and practices.
- Ability to interpret complex documents, including blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing plans.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, financial management, and budgeting skills.
- Proficient in the use of production management software.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
