Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively sell CIG Motors’ range of vehicles to B2C, B2B, and B2G customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual individual sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions and financing options where applicable.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused sales experience at all touchpoints.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Sales Process & Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and delivery.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, and after-sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Brand Representation & Market Engagement

  • Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, roadshows, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automobile sales.
  • Demonstrated success in B2C, B2B, and/or B2G sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
