Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Actively sell CIG Motors’ range of vehicles to B2C, B2B, and B2G customers.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual individual sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions and financing options where applicable.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused sales experience at all touchpoints.
- Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Sales Process & Execution
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and delivery.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, and after-sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Brand Representation & Market Engagement
- Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, roadshows, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automobile sales.
- Demonstrated success in B2C, B2B, and/or B2G sales environments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
