Your Mission

• Information Verification: Conduct detailed background checks including educational qualification, employment history, and professional reference verifications.
• Discrepancy Identification: Use sharp analytical skills to spot inconsistencies in candidate documentation and provide accurate reporting.
• Stakeholder Negotiation: Engage with academic institutions, previous employers, and other relevant bodies to secure necessary verification data.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication while navigating the complexities of the background check industry.
• Compliance: Ensure all verification processes are carried out with the highest level of confidentiality and professional ethics.

What You Bring

• Industry Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience specifically within a background check industry firm.
• Consulting Exposure: A strong preference for candidates who have gained experience within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm.
• Educational Background: A BSc. in English, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle high-level verification tasks.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and the ability to work within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250000 / Month.
