About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier payments, expense processing, and payable reconciliations. The ideal candidate must be accurate, well-organised, and experienced in handling payables within a structured finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices in line with business rules
• Matching invoice to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes
• Enter matched invoices accurately
• Run the invoices due for payment report for approval
• Upload payment files for approval
• Process credit notes and match them to supplier invoices
• Track and process approved employee expense claims
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliation
• Maintain the supplier master file
• Ensure timely response to supplier queries
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
• Drive continuous improvement across the Accounts Payable process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, or any related field within the QSR industry
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Good communication skills
