Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Preparing structural designs and detailing drawings.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements via structural drawings
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and ensuring necessary measures to prevent errors
• Ensure all project works are executed timely according to specifications
• Proper maintenance and management of construction materials
• Initiate and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
• Other duties assigned by the department and Management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
• Sound knowledge of Structural design / drawings.
• COREN certification is an advantage.
• Applicants must reside on the Mainland, preferably around Ikeja and its environs.
