- You are the guardian of our front-of-house and a crucial support for internal operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greeting all visitors with exceptional professionalism and warmth.
- Handle all inbound calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries efficiently.
- Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and showroom visits.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership and design teams (e.g., shipping, organizing supplies, maintaining studio cleanliness).
- Assist with basic order processing and client communication under supervision.

N144,000 – N180,000 / month
