Front Desk Officer

Mission

  • You are the guardian of our front-of-house and a crucial support for internal operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greeting all visitors with exceptional professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle all inbound calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and showroom visits.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership and design teams (e.g., shipping, organizing supplies, maintaining studio cleanliness).
  • Assist with basic order processing and client communication under supervision.

Requirements

Salary
N144,000 – N180,000 / month
