Role Purpose

• We are looking for a results-driven E‑Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and digital operations.
• The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize customer experience, and manage end-to-end e-commerce processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SKLD’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to run digital campaigns and optimize traffic and conversions.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure excellent online customer service.
• Manage relationships with vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital operations.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
