Role Description

  • This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lekki for a Bid & Proposal Officer.
  • The role involves preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality bid responses and proposals that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing proposal requirements, drafting responses, collaborating with stakeholders to gather content, maintaining proposal documentation, managing submission deadlines, and ensuring compliance with client needs.
  • The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing high-impact, customer-focused proposals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading proposals and other relevant documentation
  • Proficiency in creating and researching bid strategies and proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the technology or consulting industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency with document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, English, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
