Job Description

  • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support accurate data management across client and internal records.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, good with data, and able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and company data in designated systems
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Manage and organize digital and physical records
  • Handle sensitive and confidential client information responsibly
  • Generate basic data reports when required
  • Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks
  • Ensure data is properly backed up and securely stored.

Requirements

  • NCE qualification
  • 1 – 3 years experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data tools
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
