We’re hiring a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder coordination. This is not a traditional EA role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner, balancing fast-moving logistics, decision-making support, internal coordination, and external representation. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Calendar Management

• Own and optimize the CEO’s dynamic calendar, managing internal and external meetings, travel, and deep work.
• Prepare briefings, agendas, and context documents to ensure the CEO is always prepared.
• Track and follow up on key deliverables, ensuring priorities move forward.
• Collaborate with team leads to gather inputs and align timelines with the CEO’s feedback.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the CEO’s first point of contact, screening, responding to, or escalating requests.
• Draft high-quality emails, briefs, memos, and reports.
• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams, partners, investors, and media with professionalism and speed.
• Communicate changes and updates clearly and promptly.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with integrity and discretion.

Travel, Events & Logistics

• Manage travel planning and itineraries for domestic and international trips, including visa applications, accommodation, ground transport, and schedules.
• Support the CEO’s participation in conferences, retreats, external events, and speaking engagements.

Productivity & Systems Optimization

• Implement systems and tools to improve the CEO’s workflow, communication, task management, and efficiency.
• Maintain a proactive approach to reducing context switching and optimizing deep work time.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in an Executive Assistant or high-level support role for a C-suite leader, founder, or high-impact team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience managing calendars, travel, and operations across multiple time zones.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mid-Level Software Engineer (Payments) to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building secure, reliable, and scalable payment systems, with proven expertise in Laravel (PHP) for back-end development and React.js for front-end experiences. You will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our payments infrastructure, supporting critical flows such as checkout, transaction processing, refunds, settlements, and integrations with payment service providers. Experience working on e-commerce payments and high-availability systems is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable payment services and APIs using Laravel (PHP).
• Build and maintain payment-related user interfaces and components using React.js (e.g., checkout flows, payment status, transaction history).
• Integrate and maintain third-party payment gateways, banks, wallets, and financial service providers, ensuring reliability and correctness.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, compliance, and other engineers to deliver payment features within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
